We specialise primarily in working with zirconia, which is highly aesthetic and impeccably imitates the original tooth and its colour characteristics. Our endeavour is to ensure our products meet all patient requirements, in terms of morphology, function, and aesthetics, as well as phonation. In addition to a broad range of colours and sizes, we use products of multiple brands for our clients to choose from. We put great emphasis on the sintering process with extended firing times that ensure our products’ high quality and precision.

Aidite zirconia material is a well known brand used in dental practices and labs. Its excellent physical and chemical properties have made it very popular in recent years. It can withstand high pressures of up to 1,050 Mpa, and is recognised for its high resistance to wear and abrasion. It is also highly aesthetic, as its shading perfectly mimics the teeth’s natural appearance, with a transparency level of 57%. This biocompatible material issafe for use in patients` mouths, and will not cause allergic reactions or other unwanted effects. It is suitable for all crowns, bridges, and implants of up to 14 units.

UPCERA Explore zirconia material is one of many types of zircon restoration materials available for chairside and lab use. It stands out for its high strength of 1,050 to 1,300 Mpa, so we can prepare it for restoration in both frontal and lateral sections. Its shading system allows dental technicians to achieve a perfect natural appearance and a harmonious match with adjacent teeth. Its transparency ranges from 43% to 46%. This material is biocompatible, meaning it is well tolerated by patients` oral tissues and will not provoke allergic reactions. It is suitable for all crowns, bridges, and implants of up to 14 units.

PMMA is a widely used dental lab material for a range of specific applications. We currently use it for production of temporary/protective crowns and bridges. It is highly workable and affordable, which makes it a suitable solution for the prosthetic phase to protect abutment teeth, or for temporary replacement during the process of making a permanent restoration. We use different types and sizes of blanks in a wide range of colours, with the option of choosing monochrome or multilayer material.

3D printing is an excellent and fast dental lab assistant. It give us precision accuracy and a detailed representation of the structures required. Currently, we can print multiple models within a few minutes, which can help the dental lab technician and make their job easier. We can use these as study (auxiliary) models or as working models that can serve as a basis for making crowns, bridges, or other restorations.

Milling wax is an important auxiliary material in the production of some dentures, but it is not present in the final product. During the production process, it serves for converting wax patterns to metal, which is often used when casting crowns, bridges, metal structures, caps, etc. This means milling wax has to be burnable without leaving residues. This requirement is also met by our Aidite wax, which can be used to mill such auxiliary elements as wax caps, crowns, bridges, etc.
